Rose Maina is the Risk and Compliance Manager with eight years of experience in the financial sector. Leveraging her dual expertise as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Risk & Compliance professional, she excels in stakeholder advisory, risk management frameworks, AML policies, and regulatory compliance programs and fostering a culture of compliance. 

Previously, Rose held roles as a Risk and Compliance Manager at Genghis Capital Limited, Legal and Compliance Consultant, and as a Risk and Compliance Officer at STANLIB Kenya Limited, 

She is an Advocate of the High Court. Rose holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Catholic University of East Africa and is currently advancing her credentials through the KASNEB Certified Secretaries (CS) program. Away from her professional pursuits, Rose balances her love for the adrenaline of Formula 1 races with the grounding joy of family time.
