Sales Team Leader
We are a licensed Fund Manager offering investment solutions through our Unit Trust scheme.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive sales growth, expand our client base, and lead a team of 10 Investment Consultants.

Nairobi (with flexibility to work countrywide)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10 Investment Consultants.
- Drive sales performance.
- Actively participate in client acquisition and business growth.
- Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales representatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ sales experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Experience in financial services (fund management, banking, insurance) is an added
advantage. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
