Cecilia Makali

Cecilia is a highly skilled and experienced fund management professional with a strong history of building great customer relationships and operationalizing systems to deliver efficiency and high levels of satisfaction.

She has more than 8 years of industrial experience where she implemented award-winning projects and received the “Excellence in Customer Service Award” from CIC Insurance Group for two consecutive years.

As a Fund Administrator with a deep sense of meticulous attention to detail, Cecilia and her team successfully implemented technological advancements at CIC Asset Management (CICAM), drove the accurate processing of transactions and ensured timely and compliant operations.  

In addition to her professional commitments, Cecilia actively participates in company and industry associations, including CIC Staff Welfare Association and the Fund Managers Association.

She nurtures a passion for knowledge and exploration, taking pleasure in delving into the rich tapestry of Kenyan history. Additionally, she finds solace and inspiration in immersing herself in the great outdoors and cherishes quality time spent with loved ones.

Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and is currently pursuing professional certifications including Chartered Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA) and Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI).
