Her key focus is on customer satisfaction, with special recognition in actual sales, client engagements, team management and market penetration.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting option from Daystar University, Certificate of proficiency from the college of insurance and a Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI – II) Kenya.
Leonidah also holds different leadership positions in social, development and educational institutions.
